My grandmother was a published author and often supplemented the family income by writing articles. I have written a lot of different things my past from poetry to a weekly newsletter of music entitled 'Rock Raff' to novels. It's all been a blast. But it wasn't until 2000 when I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and forced to leave my position with the Canadian government that I began to seriously pursue my dreams of a writing full time. Now I had the time to do so. In 2004, I self-published my first novel, 'The Bond, A Paranormal Love Story'. I did this as an experiment to see how it would go and I haven't looked back since.  

The Bond was nominated for a CAPA award. I have also sold the rights for Turkey to a publishing house called ARVO Basim Yayin in Izmir Turkey.
