My interest in poetry stems from my love of writing music. Some of my poems are actually folk-songs that I have written for the guitar, but, stand well as poetry. These I have dubbed as "folkpoems". I also love to break any and all rules of writing poetry. This allows me to be a different breed of poet, writing as I see fit.
