Someone described the novel as "a lie that tells the truth." The Dreamkillers is my attempt to show how hope -- one of God's most cherished virtues -- is stifled and even crushed when not allowed to flourish. Although the novel is set in an urban environment, the message it imparts has universal appeal: "Where Corruption Thrives, Dreams Die." This novel was inspired by my experience and knowledge working in poor urban communities.
