After giving my life to graduate school then medical school, my husband, my son, other family members, volunteer activities and friends, I looked up and saw the life I strived for on paper, but yet still felt like something was missing. I realized I had lost myself somewhere along the way. I was in the infamous rut, when I should have been ecstatic. I had lost much of what used to make me. I confided in a few friends around the country, who all admitted they felt the same way. We decided to band together and get our lives back at all cost... even starting a blog and keeping each other on track more...
