Born in 1973, I was raised a military brat. My dad served our nation in the Air Force for 20 years. My mom was a physical therapist. The most important aspect of our lives was our relationship with God. My mom died when I was 12 and my step-mother came into the family when I was 13. Despite the relational and emotional upheaval this represented for everyone, one thing remained the same. Serving the Lord was most important.
