Jeane Trend-Hill is an author, photographer and actress from London. She writes about places of eternal rest for national newspapers and magazines and has produced 28 books including the Silent Cities series and The Lost Language of Cemeteries about grave symbolism. Jeane also advises on monument preservation and restoration. One of her current projects is restoring the grave of Victorian architect Arthur Beresford Pite (1861 – 1934.)
