I often wondered, as I'm sure many people have, how certain individuals became and stayed famous. I'm not talking about the really talented actors, singers, writers, etc. I'm talking about those odd characters that seem to just pop up again. Maybe they are dating someone famous, maybe they happened to be in the right place at the right (or wrong) time. Whatever it is, it thrust them into the spotlight and they won't leave.
