I started writing poetry when I was in middle school. As I got older, my writing became more personal. After I was faced with a medical condition, my life went in a tale spin. My writing was my life line.
Over the past few years I have got the opportunity to teach different types of poetry to Elementary School students and as a teacher, I get to use my creativity to teach students how to read.
Besides writing poetry, I am also very artistic.
I am currently working on illustrations to a Children's book I just finished writing. I hope one day to get it published. more...
