As a writer, rarely do I find myself in a position when I can't find words to express my emotions and feelings; that is the reason I became a writer - to exercise my freedom of expression.  Being the only child and living in a house/community where children were to be "seen and not heard" did not afford me the opportunity to vocalize my feelings, so I learned to express myself through my writings - especially Poetry.
