Seems like you are about to get everybody gussing here. Not me. I don't like riddles. But this isn't a riddle. Well! Drat. Maybe it is. It is a good one too.

I have sat and thought about this from several different angles, and still have probably missed some of its interpretations, Susan. Like a multi-faceted gem, this shines out with multiple wisdom - like pearls, except they're round??!! Perhaps we need a competition here at the Den for writes of as few words as possible, but having the greatest depths of meaning and manifold interpretations: this would certainly be a contender, and I wouldn't like to have to judge such a contest as the task would be extremely difficult! I have settled on the notion here that belief is not a momentary thing that shifts according to mood and circumstance, but is something, like faith, that is to be worked at diligently, is a decision of will, and that takes time. I may be way off beam here, but I have enjoyed wrapping my mind round your surgical 8 words!
