Some things are beyond the ability of words to express. Some images do not reflect what eyes can see. Some poems contain more than the sum of their words.

The eyes speak with the language of the soul which is unintelligible to the human mind and can only be felt in the deeper reaches of one's being. The metaphysics of love is indeed one of the greatest and deepest mysteries, and yet moves us more than head knowledge of tongue can tell. Beautiful insight and vision here, delicately expressed. The fact that there are emotions that can not be described by words is only proof that what is seen - is a barrier to the expansive gift of LOVE. I believe this is one of the best poems I have read. :)

There is much communication that happens with the eyes and I'm not just talking about someone close in heart. I think the eye communcation is so romantic though. But your poem reminds me also of how important silence is when we are attempting to communicate.
