Greeting daybreak with desire.
I love the picture...just had to say it...I used it myself with a poem I may have posted here ("Waking Alone") without the picture...really gets you thinking before you read, I think.
This is luscious, Susan...and I think Richard is correct. Women do view passion differently...more evocatively. And there is much to be said for sultry mornings ,languorous loving, and slow sunrise.
'When the walls are kaliedoscope" conscious yet so far removed from the pain and all the unright of the world. In tune to only the joy. These moments we are allowed are so precious and so few. "Greeting daybreak with desire" excellent choice of words! Pierre.

"The drone of passion" is a brilliant way of saying being oblivious to everything except the totally enveloping feeling.
Women percieve and feel so differently than men do. You are a master at revealing those differences, and doing so in a palatable and non-confrontational way Susan.
