Haiku of Hate in Triplicate

Tuesday, March 16, 2004

Poem Artwork

Hope froze comatosed;

Happiness skipp'd a heartbeat,
Hardness rush'd right in.

Aching men perish;

Avarice could claim no more,
Angels fallen ill.

Time to change the course;

Taking aim with arrow poised,
Tipp'd emotions raw

Ere in times like these;

Earth has sorrows scarely heal'd,
Echos hush'd in
screams!

Very nice Cynth'ya...Hate is a cancer...
and it eats away at the hater....as for
the hated....sticks and stones....I liked
this...no room for hate when the love of
God is in ones heart.....floria
that picture is awesome..

Cynth'ya,

Your serious side is as polished and effective as your works of humor, though even they mostly have a serious subtext. You have captured the helplessness and horror that seems inherent in this 21st century.
