Trust nothing living, and tip lightly among the dead. Believe it or not this was one of my favorite aunts mottos. It's not mine, mine is, "pray, live, love and forgive, until you find out it's a poison snake, then pray harder if you have to remove the head. God might show you an easier way." Anyway I love the motto, "an once of prevention is worth a pound of cure."
It wouldn’t be right, if I didn’t hip you to the night, and prepare you for the fight. Darkness can produce evil fright. Sometimes it seems ok, but many can’t wait until the break of day.
Even inside your house, what you hear might not be a mouse. The shadows on the wall, could be the devil coming to call. Evil looms everywhere, even in a jealous friends stare.
Keep your neck covered, or the next day two bite marks may be discovered. That nightmare could be reality, preparing you for fatality. Always turn and look around, when you hear any suspicious sound.
