Just when we think love is dead
a sweet love comes along instead
affects our heart and head
The roses start to grow again
without the thorns of pain
Away goes the ice and snow
in comes summers warm rain

Showers us with loves sweet affection
provides a Romeo & Juliet connection
Maybe not pure perfection
but halting loves complete dissection
What lies beyond love plus
maybe again we learn to trust
hoping for loves joy a must

There must be love in the heart
it provides a love jumpstart
Love in the heart even toyed
there's no way it can be destroyed
Wanting and needing love
always exist
it's the plus that isn't included
in the twist
Twist and shout,
love should never be kicked
