The angels and God look down
what they see will make a
face frown
Man looks up to the sky
then wonders why
He'll do this until
the day he die

Viewing from above
the angels and God
realizes that man needs love
But you can lead a horse
to water
 you can't make him drink
God provided the brain
man has to think

Looking up from the ground
man wonders if he's alone
Many men possess
a heart of stone
They figure that God
doesn't exist or is long gone

The cycle continues on
Man views up
and God views down
Who's for real and
who's the clown
Certainly not God
even though he created
us from sod
