This is a bone of contention of mine, too, but I've decided to write, any way, just for the sake of writing. It's those who fail to read or review that are missing out, not that I'm the greatest poet around, but you know what I mean. Some are prolific, can't keep up with the number of poems or stories they pen; but I try to comment when I've read. Only polite. LOL Keep writing, as I have time, will comment, 'k?

Seems that a lot of people are feeling frustrated at the lack of reviews. I know I am, especially when it comes to my stories vs. my poems. Maybe it's because poetry is easier to read, but I think my stories have something to say! I'd rather have people read my stories than my poems; it's not asking too much! I know the feeling well; but all we can do is write and never give up! If people are too busy with their own lives than to take the time to read someone's work, than they're the ones with the problems, NOT you. I am trying to figure this out myself. But it hurts; oh, how it hurts!

I think we are all pressed for time now. Sometimes I find it really hard to catch up on everything, so I just comment the ones who have given me the reviews as a return courtesy. You give and you'll get. It's not one-sided.
