Here is my story
and I can't say I'm sorry
very seldom do I hit
the popular category
Many of us don't even
get stated
others are overrated
still we all stay mated
as popular gets stated
Some have gone ill fated
that is it
they have simply quit

I came here to arrive
after all the years I still survive
I'm thoroughly familar with all the jive
I can't lie about not having high hopes
being successful really dopes
but we all have to face the hangmans ropes
as we slide up and down the AD slopes

I've slid into regular nativity
I'm more successful in making longevity
I've become very productive
not that my work has been seductive
However I like being  constructive
It gives me a thrill
to slid up and down this hill
