Long time ago
I gave up trying to be a poet
I could care less and don't
mind if others know it
As far as I'm concerned
they can take verse and shove it
However when it comes to writing 
I still love it

Basically I love expressing
It helps with my stressing
My style is up front and blunt
I will not keep you guessing
However I guess all the time
guess I'm going to try and rhyme
and this is what I do
play word games and express too
Accuse me of doing rap
I don't give a crap
I'll give your bull a nap
come close up it might get a slap

I may not be the best writer of verse
however I do serve my curse
piss me off it could get worse
I'm just a man in
this world of definitions
I do not believe in superstitions
but I do believe in freeing my brain
holding everything in might just
drive you insane
Then what do you have to gain
maybe nothing or living in vain
soaking in all the insanity and pain
with no outlet of drain
