There is a chord in every heart that has a sigh in it if touched aright~Ouida

~~TOUCH AND SURROUND~~

Speak to my eyes, when I cannot hear

Show me your thoughts, as they appear

Speak to my skin, when all is chilled

Show me your warmth, by gentle will

Speak to my lips, when I am mute

Coax me from silence, by ardent  pursuit

Speak to my heart, I yearn for that sound

Echo by echo....touch and surround

Mmm-Mmm - melting... just melting... from the silken picture to the closing line, I have just had the full treatment, the works; there's a glow that is working its way from core to circumference and I FEEL GOOD after this!! Touch and surround... yup, that just about does it. Forget champagne and jacuzzis... just bring on d Lady A. More delicate than contraband silk stockings in WW2 France, my dear! Luv this and - oh yeah - am keeping!!! :))))) K xx

I have not read your work in a while and I am the loser. This is outstanding! I really am an admirer of your work and I promise that the moment I have a block of time on my hands, I will be perusing your den for more of these gems. Well done!

Lady A, I must echo everyone’s sentiments, and add that I believe, a gentle touch will more than likely erase most pain, allowing the body and soul to blend into one with someone you care for deeply, so as to enjoy the bliss as two become one. A magnificent well-penned composition. Thank you for sharing it. Take good care and be well.

Nothing like a subtle invitation to start the day off, 'eh? You say so much in so few a words. It'd have taken me a page and a half to do this and I still wouldn't have had the impact this had. Good. Very good.

Another breath-taking beauty, Lady A. This is so smooth and gentle it was like silken lotion smoothed into dry thirsty skin...it brought a sigh of joy. Wonderful images embrace your verses. My highest praises on this one, Anita...Take a well deserved bow.(can you hear me applauding?) Into my library this shall go.
Take care,
Sherry
