The voice of wood
Was understood
Like braille beneath the hand
So tells it's tale
Thru ring... round trail
For an artisten poetry man
No sounds confide
The heart inside
A core of knowledge stored
By life revered
Thru ring of years
All that...CAN .... BE...endured
As rings surround
Those grown before
Springs heart of strength to tree
From rooted ground
Skies upward bound
By branches reaching free
