True love is the promise for which all souls yearn
A joy freely given and shared in return,
A single verse taken from life’s splendid song
To carry within your hearts, a lifetime long.

This day brings your moment, amid God’s design
The start of your journey, in love for all time,
From which, you will never feel the need to roam
Because your devotion will e’er lead you home.

Your love will grow fonder, as each hour passes
But, here in this moment, we shall raise our glasses,
And propose a toast, hoping when day is done
You’ll be blessed by each dream afforded ‘neath the sun.
