Poem Artwork
A molten vortex turns sliding scales
To deep space ice comet snails
A fossilised bug in zodiacal dust phases
To die on the floes the blue whale sails
On the waves, on the waves, on the waves

I can sense the movement of this huge creature as I read your poem. You sucessfully combine words to effect in me both a mood and physical sensation as well as urging me to think on a deeper level. It's a fun and exhilerating read as well. Love "Whales".

GREAT read Robin! Thanks, zach

Never had a change to see a blue whale. Have to go to New England States to see one and cannot afford that. Never been there anyway. Know many who have seen them, my grandson loves Boston and whale watching. Appealing write.**********
