Good or bad, but wealth and riches

In every way improve man's features;

With them one's attainment of beauty

And mastery of every skill become

What the decent people cannot obtain

Nor good guys acquire for themselves.

A rich man's appropriation of the bravery

And strength of others

Enables him to exercise a powerful sway;

His availing himself of the wisdom

And plans of others makes him

Be accounted intelligent and genteel.

His taking advantage of the virtues of others

Makes him be esteemed able and good

Be the holder of a whole country,

He is looked to with awe as a king

And father of all of them.

Fine music and feminine beauty,

With pleasures of taste and of power,

Are appreciated by the men's minds

And rejoiced in all aspects without

Any learning of them in advance.

The human bodies repose in them

Without waiting for an example:

Desire and dislike, avoidance

And pursuit do not require

Any master or instruction --

This simply is the nature of man.

Though the world may condemn

The men's indulgence of them,

Who will refrain from it
