Poem Artwork

In the melting mood
And with a bowl of tea
Made and fired
In the camp stove
I'm sitting quiet
In front of my dancing shade.

Once pottery is out of fire
Safe and sound, at once
It becomes your bosom friend
Who's always ready
With no conditions
Forgive and forget.

Love expression "in front of my dancing shade." Indeed a cup of tea is perhaps the one true friend that can help us to forgive, if not forget.

I've discovered (in my own experiences) that forgiving is far easier than forgetting. If both can be empowered... one is assuredly blessed, and set free. Peace... rlc
