Imminence (XuxaKu)

“XuxaKu”, pronounced “shoo-sha-coo”, is a new form of short-verse poetry created by Joseph Randell Sherman (Joseph* ~ OneLight*®) in 2007. This simple form consists of three unrhymed lines of 7-6-5 syllables respectively, and can be written on any theme. This one is for him who… plants the seeds that bud… sighs…

His touch, the seed - buds silken,
a frisson, ‘pon her breast;
lips pick scent… and sigh.
