As a child grows into adulthood and sometimes experiences difficulties does a mother ever really stop "feeling" his or her growth?

Physically the cord was cut but mentally it never will. Somehow we remain always connected with our children and we feel what they feel.

there is no way to stop the feeling of pain when it affects one of our children that i know of. especially for you who gave birth to them.
