Do you not first have to have a brain to receive surgery of it...? So, they are not operating specifically on your brain but on your cranium where in fact the aneurysm does lie...With surgical procedures that they have today, I am certain I will be seeing you on THIS side rather than the other...-e-

Pray things will go well for you, although I have never heard of such surgery, but I may be wrong.

"it isn't brain surgery," doesn't apply in this case, because it really is.

I understand your foreboding that comes through in flying colors in your poem, but I believe that it's for the best and you probably will be just fine and feel a lot better for the rest you will get from your daily frenetic activity.

I'm looking forward to see you on this side with your story telling us of your adventure.

Charm in the face of dread. Anyone can relate to what you no doubt have "on your mind". We are with you on this, Jane, until it is over, every step of the way.
