SEEING THINGS FROM A HIGHER PERSPECTIVE...APPRECIATING THE CREATOR EVEN MORE! THANKS FOR SHARING, JANE. LOVE, BLESSINGS AND FAITH...JOYCE * HIS INSPIRATIONS
Shades of Jonathan Livingston Seagull (I think, never read the book)! Have you ever noticed that the seagull's wings, like those of a sleek jet fighter, are perfectly shaped to catch the onshore breeze and glide, almost effortlessly, for miles along the coast until the right morsel comes into view and it is snatched, either from the waves or from the sandy shore.
Sorry, I got carried away… ;-) Where was I… Oh, I certainly would love to see you get your wish. Jetson style flying is just around the corner. But I wouldn't wish to go above the clouds. The oxygen up there is very rare and above 27,000 feet, humans without oxygen and thermal protection from the cold, go into what is known as "the Death Zone." I guess that would put one closer God. Bear Grylls actually flew a powered hang glider above Everest and survived. Did he touch "the Face of God," I don't know. He didn't say anything about it.
In "A Touch of Your Presence" are words that would inspire, encourage and strengthen one's soul when faced with challenges and difficulties and to know the awesomeness of God's power.
GLIMPSE OF AN ANGEL IS NOW AVAILABLE. A PORTION OF ALL SALES WILL GO TO HOSPICE TO THUS ENABLE THEM TO HELP OTHERS WHO ARE SOON TO PASS TO THE OTHER SIDE. NO LONGER AVAILABLE.
Cheers,
Dan
Yes, I would love to join you flying.

even for just a little bit.
I'd join you up in the blue,
Where we could just wing it.
