"HUMANS IN ZOOS?"

the day the
world we knew died
all stores boarded
noone allowed inside
people became dinasours
as transhumans
were born
will the new world
be better then the old
is giving birth
to the best computer
chipped brain
our latest dream
is love between
machines what we do
instead of with humans
now housed in zoos
will robots
be our best friends
as we become
galactic beings
flying to distant stars
will the new world
be better then the old
with our computer
chipped brains
did horses
put out to pasture
when cars were born
long for the old
or did they
embrace the new
and what will
we do?

I am optimistic about our using robots and AI to enable us to leave the planet and do things thought impossible in the past. And we can't stop it, because it's coming at a rapid rate and there's no rules out there to really stop it from happening. It's like controlling drugs like alcohol. We tried it in the 1920s. It didn't work. And won't work in the future, either.
About horses. Horses and dogs are social animals and travel in herds and packs. That's why they're easy to train and become part of our herds or packs. The trouble with horses, is that for thousands of years we have used them to pull the weight of work. They all led backbreaking captive lives until they were used up and shot if they broke a bone. The few that escaped and became wild again, are the true horses. Technology has freed us from have a hard work. Are we better off, I don't know. Only time will tell.
