Maintenance of one's feet and nails, while seemingly a lowly task, for those who can no long tend to their own feet and nails. Those who no longer walk or have swollen legs from inaction, is one of the most humble and needful tasks there is.

The next time you are near an elderly or sick person and find that their toenails need clipping or their feet washed and massaged, don't hesitate to do it. There is nothing greater than this service under heaven.
