It’s a beautiful view from here
Everything is so perfectly clear
You can see so much
Once you can obtain this vantage
To see over those
Who are blocking your view
You can’t climb this high
Carrying around all of that baggage
And you don’t need that crap
That you insist on clinging to
You could just flick it off of your shoulder
And let it clatter to the cold hard ground
It only weights you down
When you open that bag-
it makes you cry
And - you’re the one that packed it
From this advantageous perspective
I have had the opportunity to see
A fantastic plane where distance means nothing
And desire transcends miles to a satisfying end
Where the mountain goddess now dances
In a cosmic commingling with
A cherry continental cherub 1700 miles
Over the oceans and seas
She vows never to love again,
“because it just hurts”
To a romance's little cupid
Who will certainly rescue
The wronged goddess
Thump the drum as
Ye speak of renewal
Hold my head against your breast
That I may hear the beating of your heart
And then set you in stone what you only considered
For eternity
