Today I was thinking about how the power of prayer can help many. It inspired me to write this poem.

Pray for hope
Pray for love
Pray for God
to watch over
us from above

Pray for sinners
Pray for salvation
Pray for God
to save us
from utter damnation

Pray for unity
Pray for peace
Pray for deliverance,
and for wars
to forever cease

Pray for God
to bless us
each day, as
we travel along
life's difficult way.
