Bluebirds are not common to this part of the U.S. However, two beautiful bluebirds attempted to fly thru my glass porch window and were killed.

BLUEBIRD Beautiful bluebird make yourself heard Sing us a song Don't be so long Up in the blue-blue sky You fly so very, very high Come down to us upon the ground Give us joy and peace Be thy around Love and Peace are needed on earth Please, please, consider the worth Our world is in need of change Please, do not be out of range

i have seen them in ohio, but i haven't seen them here in texas (excepting for blue jays; those are not true blue birds). very nice write, marguerite; enjoyed!
