Breath it in!

You cannot see air but do you doubt its presence? You cannot see the Holy Spirit but I have no doubt that is exists.

Poem Artwork

Take a breath slow and gentle and let the oxygen fill your lungs.
Now breathe it out with a gentle sigh soft and sweet as any bird has ever sung.

Now repeat this again and realize that the air you breathe sustains your life.
Without it your body would not withstand life’s cares and strife.

The Holy Spirit is that way, you know.
If you will only let it pass through your heart and soul.

As you breath it in the spirit feeds the soul within
And as you breathe it out it takes away all sin.

The next breath once more will make you spiritually strong
And as you breathe it out it will carry away all wrongs.

You cannot see the air but you know it is there.
You cannot see the spirit but it is everywhere.

So remember that God has sent this Holy Ghost
So you can live your life to its utmost.

Breathe it in and breathe it out.
The next breath will come, I have no doubt.

Beautiful expression of the Holy Spirit; the breath of life. But He is a gentleman. He won't come in unless we invite Him in; that's part of the salvation plan. Good penned.

The important thing to remember with all this breathing in and out, is not to take shallow breaths, but deep ones that make the tummy rise and fall. Now that's what I call a good healthy in-filling of the Holy Spirit! Inspirational write, Lew.

God Bless

The gift of breath is one of the most precious we receive in this life. It is the first gift we receive upon our birth.

Love & light always and in all ways,
