Life hurts sometimes

Life is a series of incidents. Sometimes there does not seem to be a reason but if we believe we can always look for guidance and eventually even our worse heartaches in life will be found to be stepping stones to something better. Don’t try to understand it always. Simply trust in he who does know the answers to all our unanswered questions.

Poem Artwork

Life is a series of wondrous joys and great disappointments as well.

There are times of revelations and times when it is hard to tell

What the reason is that we are even here and why we should try to perservere.

There are times of unbearable sadness and times that we will hold dear

By holding onto these memories we give ourselves a reason

We find the strength to endure the cold; drawing warmth from within throughout any season.

True happiness is built upon the ability to praise God no matter what life gives you to endure.

True happiness comes when you can look past the heartaches and see the blessings which are in store.

Can you experience a horrible loss and still be glad for what you once had to enjoy?

The tiny voice and innocent smile of a wonderful baby girl or boy?

True joy comes from faith; the ability to see past the gloomy skies.

The joy is the ability to see more than what can be seen with human eyes.

Trust in God for our tomorrows though we know not what they bring.

Live for him and love for him and enjoy the sound as Angels sing.

Excellent Lew...tis good to know this..."That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:

God Bless

Lew,
You expressed my outlook on life, beautifully. So many cliches come to mind "look for the silver lining, a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush, let a smile be your umbrella" -- all of these are synonomous with being grateful for what He has given us.

God bless you, and I hope you're doing better.

Kathy
