Remember young love?

Poem Artwork

He stands in the sky among a thousand others.

You might even say they are sisters and brothers.

Yet, though he shines along the millions that lighten the dark

You might say he stands among many and yet in loneliness.

Alone he is far from the others he still shines brightly.

He makes his appointed appearance as dusk comes upon us nightly.

He doesn’t simply shine but twinkles with joy.

Millions of miles below, there sit a girl and a boy

Embraced within each other’s loving arms,

As they stare at the star, shining with all its charms.

This is love.

I think observing the heavens is mind altering, giving one objectivity. the recent edition of discover mag. claims that there is dna floating throughout space; makes me wonder.
