Life’s Too Short

Life’s too short to live it with misgivings, qualms or doubt.

These are self-made problems we all need to work out.

The challenge is not so much to love those who freely love you

For that carries with it it’s on reward and is very easy to do.

The real challenge is to love those who unkindly and despitefully use you.

Jesus taught us a lesson that is a hard lesson to learn and to live.

Forgive those who hurt you but give all the love you have within to give.

This is hard to live by and it can test your very spirit

But love can overcome even hate and the effort is surely worth it.
