Dear God in heaven we have celebrated a day

In which we have honored our nation’s birth

Fireworks went off and voices unite to praise our nation’s worth

I take this moment to praise you Lord for our nation is great due to you

As we sing praises to old glory and watch him paint the breeze or the land of the red, white and blue

Dear Lord, I take time to ask that you not let our pride go astray

For, we know that unrestrained pride can be a source of destruction which will lead to our downfall someday

Give us the humility to salute others with the same esteem

And reverence we ask of them

Help us keep in mind that all men are created by god

So we should give the same respect we ask of him.

God bless American but Lord also bless all mankind

Help us remember that we are all your children

If we give love, that is what we will find
