There is a town out west where special parking lots have been set aside for people who are forced to live in their vehicles. They
are not charged anything, because local businesses and organizations got together to provide the service. The parkers are very lucky compared to the majority of homeless people. . .though it must be hard for them to feel they are. You are right, Trask. The situation is a national disgrace! (As for Africa, promised relief is forever being backed
out on, as I am sure you know. That too, is a disgrace; seems they are getting to be par.) Thank you for continuing to prod our
