O sweet splendour of the day
that brings to life such an array
of all things bright and beautiful
to make us happy to be alive

O wondrous love that satisfies
all our needs and desires, that
flow between our bodies entwined
as  we joy to complete our design

O splendid end of day so dramatic
to finish with spectacular skies
making our emotions feel ecstatic
while we watch with grateful eyes

O Creator most loving and divine
filling hearts and souls with rhyme
inspiring verse throughout the universe
To make our hopes and dreams sublime
