This is so beautiful it brought tears to my eyes..
I do understand, and just your words saying that others do not, brings an element of healing to those who read it.

Philippians 4:13 has been my Life Verse [or the ruling verse in my life] That, and "Apart from Him, I can do NOTHING."

Beautiful my friend..one of my favorite verses in the bible. He does give us strength when we think we cannot go on another step, he picks us up when we fall and carries when we are weak. This is one of the most inspiring writes that I have read today....the words do flow as mighty rushing waters...

Me too, Eileen. But I often get confused if I listen to the "religious leaders." Somehow. God never came across that way to me; not the way they "mold" Him/Her. If we observe what is going on around us in this world; we cannot see with respect that, this is God doing it. I am in a rather upset state of mind tonight and I believe that God gave us free will and the ability to do great things and that we are "screwing up." Just me in a bad mood I suppose. Praise the Awesome God we serve and love............. This is a special annoited piece. I say this daily if not several times. It is my cornerstone scripture.

Philippians 4:13 "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me! Amen!

When we cannot he can and he always does it for us giving us the strength, guidance, love, encouragement and inspiration in his faith to believe him for all things and in all things.. It is a powerful trinity we love...

Wonderful, faith-sharing and faith-inspiring testimony, Eileen. And what you speak of is so true for many of us. The sacrament of the Word is our food, water and strength at ALL times, not just in times of dire need, and His table is always spread with a banquet that delights and satisfies all our needs. Grace is so much more than crumbs from His table. And Psalm 103 is the Living Word that raised me to life again when my life was all but ebbed away in 1990... Bless you and thank you for sharing. May you go from strength to strength on those spiritual eagles wings. The great thing is we never have to look down! The more the spirit man grows strong, the peculiar thing is that the material life palls by comparison... not mind over matter, but spirit over matter.
