The mighty ocean roars, as waves crash upon the shore-the sky above with thunder -rains with love for all that's under-leaves on trees shiver with fright -not knowing if they'll last the night-birds huddle silent in their nests-hoping they will pass the test-as the wild storms fury increases-all light from moon and stars decrease-meanwhile the earth is being regenerated-according to how it was created-for all of natures many acts-occur for reasons that in fact-are meant to promote the most good-for our earth, though not easily understood-if we learn of our Creator-we'll begin to see, that this planet and all life- is a phase of what's to be-when we believe and act accordingly-our next phase will be in a perfect place for all eternity just like earth -except when storms roar in heavenly places-no injury or damage will occur, in the realm or to humanity so in all kinds of weather we can delight Creator's protection makes everything right-without all of earths imperfections we will be elated for having taken God's directions...
All praise honor and glory are His Now and Forever! Hallelujah!!!
A StormSpinner kind of write, for sure: the storm captured in all of its ferocity (judging by that sky) and yet, its awesome power! All praise, indeed, to the Creator who speaks with the Voice of thunder. Well done, a keeper!
This universe is a wonderful place for the most part. Just look at the girth of this planet then take away the focus of war and then what's left. A whole bunch of peace when we don't concentrate on the negative. You give us a path for that harmony and I thank you for all of your love.

Eileen, your photograph is fantastic! The beauty in your words seems to calm the fears of the coming storm knowing in God's hands safey and security will forever reign....
Eileen, you wrote this in a manner that I could feel the anxiety of a raging storm, hear the ocean slam against the rocks, feel the rains beating down on the little critters as they huddled in their nests...and I waited for the silence, knowing God was nourishing the earth. This is an exceptional inspirational writing that I found to be profound & prolific from beginning to the ending. A great poem!!!
Amen. The rain's on earth make me think that God is nourishing us in many, many ways - food, sprit, cleansing, and my list goes one.
I'm hoping heaven is a long time off, but I know that He will decide the right time. In the meantime, it is up to me to make and be the best according to the gifts He gave me.
Like the ending this poem explains the whys and where fors of mother nature and how it fits in with God's plan and our salvation if we but give due honor and glory to the Creator.

You tied it all in, why am I surprised? . . . Perfect!!!
Now that look like the storm that hit my area last night...tornado watches and all...our thoughts must have touched within the storm, as I am just finishing up a stormy write myself. Just love this piece, a keeper for me...
