It was so dark, the dawn had not yet arisen~I was on a journey to the unknown I felt like I was walking through a wall of taffy~ I kept getting pulled back~ stuck here and there~making very little forward progress
Life's roads have so many twists and turns we never know what we're getting ourselves into~but we go on nevertheless
I continued to struggle forward not allowing anything to impede my determination~soon I saw rays of the sun appearing in it's lovely apricot glow, against the aqua sky with puffy marshmallow clouds drifting by
What a beautiful sight after the tunnel of dark night~ I still didn't know where I was going I just kept trying to move forward~ hoping to eventually arrive at my destination
My thoughts questioned this journey and its purpose~ and in the process I realized that what I was doing wasn't anything different than usual,laboring daily onward and upward always reaching towards the heavens
In life we have to continue to move forward, hoping and praying for the best to be ahead, sometimes it is not for us to question but just to believe. Thank you Eileen for sharing.
You journey toward your destiny, will always be filled with struggles, obstacles and pain, but if you walk in the light of your higher power you will feel joy and peace and the strength to keep on moving forward.

Looking ahead seeing a tunnel
Knowing the train wasn't going to stop
Had to go through!!
And once inside dark and eerie
Couldn't wait to see the light ahead.
Going back was different, I had experienced it before.
So . . . .'onward and upward'. . . . .really enjoyed!

Eileen, God's ray of light shown upon you to allow you to know HE would never leave you out in the dark alone. This gave me chills! Life can toss us some punches but we have to continue to step forward and live life as we can.

I can picture this journey with all its mystery and beauty,daily all of us experience the T.E.A. of people going through their own day. The struggle often can turn to peace just by looking closer at the beauty around them.
