Dead Beat Invisibility
Celebrating a lone tune
Where the walls echo hallow beats
Strumming thy invisible dead
Air guitar heartfelt strings
Singing A Capella’s “Invisibility”
Invited my imagery friends over
For a sing along where Angels
Sing from Amazing Grace highs
And those below, prey those
Deep down bass, graven blues.
My Dead Beat Blues Brothers
Can really rock that “Invisibility”
Feel those cold chills nerve twirls
While ceilings, angel chorus sings
“Where has all the LOVE gone.”
Invited my imagery friends over
For a sing along where Angels
Sing from Amazing Grace highs
And those below, prey those
Deep down bass, graven blues.
My tears dew flow from forever
Then more memory heart feeds,
Threads vibrating moist eyes, ask
“Where has all the Rainbows gone.”
Prancing mid Butterflies ‘n songbirds
Playing dye, Dead Beat Invisibility tune.

A fellow author in my writers group, a legal eagle, has informed us while trying to write short stories for a "music"anthology, of a serious problem. She has warned us that most popular hit songs are copyrighted by major record producers (unfortunately not by the songwriters) and they can attack anyone who uses a line of lyric from a song in their original work.
I find this really annoying and unfair. But I'm still going to use lyric lines in my work. If a corporation comes after me, it will only be because that work is famous and makes a lot of money for me. So I wouldn't worry about it being in this thoughtful work of yours.
