Shards Of Glass

RIP thy veins,
mid word’s vanity shattering,
Shards Of Glass
Mincemeat paper cuts slashing,
Dye Birth’s Core Conception
Thy lightning ‘n thunder striking
keyboard tactile pounded keys
That dig so deep,
dye skeletal Poet Tree screams,
more ‘n more

Stream thy whorl wind
window pane,
hurricane F5 force demotion
Every vowel be tornadic emotion,
bearing consonant RIP motion
Washing ashore
see shore hourglass grains
Shard of Glass emotion
TAPS tidal wave locomotion,
bear Tides of Time
dew destroy commotion

Pane ping shattered scattered
zillion Rip A Part pieces,
solemn pin needle points
Bards piercing hearing,
ear to ear,
every syllable sense tense,
patch word joints
Crystal clarity reverberating,
echo memory amplified,
in forevermore recollection
That repeat,
repeat repeating
Dye chorus funeral march
to be Leaves of Grass
Hear yea lies Poet
downtrodden brokenhearted
shroud remains:
“Shard of Glass.”

Your words are appreciated and are somewhat like a "puzzle" probably because they are so "deep", David. Write on!!

Love ya!

I feel your pain. Demotion for no damn reason is a terrible thing. At least you and I have turned to poetry rather than take a gun to the cause of our pain. The gun solves nothing except create more pain.
