A Continuation Of My Poem "Frontier Justice"

Courtesan To Cowgirl
By La Belle Rouge

One special night to remember
in my locked bedroom by candlelight
I tied that cowboy up with his rope
and used that horsewhip all night

Long about three in the morning
he easily broke that rope in two
and I can’t even tell you about
all the things he taught me to do

Now I was a frontier adventuress
dirty deeds done dirt cheap or free
but that cowboy was an apostle of sex
and he preached the hard gospel to me

Next day we left that hell hole behind us
and rode together into an orange sunset
All the other whores said I’d be ridin back
but me and the cowboy aint been back yet

That cowboy was a miracle in a Stetson
The best thing ever happened to me
He could be master he could be slave
and his ragin fire could set mine free

He once wore a rusted tin star
but now he was a gamblin man
Dressed up so fine, I’d stand behind
his opponents giving signals with my hand

Sometimes we ride hard all day
and roll in the prairie grass all night
Sometimes I let him have his way
and sometimes I put up a fight

Me and the cowboy got an understandin
we speak a language without no words
Sometimes I ride his bronco hard all night
wearin nothin but a smile and my silver spurs

Life is just one long wild rodeo ride
of ill gotten gains and raucous sex
I say, “Cowboy what’s your name?”
he says, “Ma am just call me Tex.”

He taught me how to rope and ride
and against all the odds to win
He taught a cheater how to cheat
and a sinner how to sin

From courtesan to cowgirl
a transition smoothly made
Now I’ll be hell bent for leather
til they lay me low in my grave

I followed this from Frontier Justice just like I knew you'd let out some more length in the rope! You are excellent at this western genre! My Maria sets the background for From Courtesan to Cowgirl...you play all roles, Belle...this is no exception. Your ability to quill dark, romantic, humor, to this western genre fills the saddle. Do some more of these from time to time...I'm proud to call you my friend, Belle...from sunup to sundown La Belle Rouge rides on high!

Love,
Sage

Nothing like getting hands-on training and discovering there's a lot more to master even for the master ... Life is full of delights if you just open the door and let it in ... This one is worth the ride and more. Will there be another? Please say yes!

Nicely done Belle. This is romantic, mildly erotic without going over the line, passionate, and image rich. The images I get from this are of a man and a woman, riding through the wild west and having one adventure after another. I could see her standing behind a dandy giving her man signals of what he had in his hand. I really loved reading this, thank you for sharing.

May the Lord Jesus bless you, and those whom you love, and be with you always, and at your side constantly. Wit hmuch love in my heart, joy to the world, peace on earth, & ((((((((((MANY WONERFUL SISTEERLY HUGGGGSSSS)))))))))), sister Barbie
