I chose to change the category of this poem because to me it is as much of a romance poem as anything else that I have written, and deserves its place alongside them
Fingers entwined around caramel curls
As my lips trace a soft line from your ear
along the sinews of your graceful neck
lingering at your waiting breast
Shallow breaths escape your parted lips
Each touch a quiver on your smooth skin
within the shelter of your tender arms
drowning in your dewy pink rose
Let me lose myself within your touch
Kisses deep that search the depths
forbidden to embrace the sweet fantasy
that you have awakened.

Loved every word.......romance, beauty and love are seen through each individuals eyes, you expressed yourself gracefully and honestly.
This is definitely romantic. It's very sensual and seductive. You have captured a pleasure filled moment of amour in your verses.
