You lost your faith? You have good reason to cry.

You ask the questions: where from, where to and why,

You’d search for miracles, but you do not know where,

Just look in the mirror; the miracle is there.

Postscript:

I found these four lines in November in my “To Be Developed” file. There was no date under

the verse, neither were there any further notes or a title.

Frankly, I do not remember now what my original train of thoughts were, all I remember vaguely is that these lines were intended as the concluding lines. It is not unusual for me to work in “reverse” and write down the concluding stanza first, with some notes for further development.

In the wake of the Tsunami Disaster I looked at these four lines again with the intention of developing it further to fit the event. The enormity of the disaster made me realise that there was nothing of any value I could add to it, after all.

The truth is in the miracle for all who have eyes to see it… and the miracle is: LIFE.
