What did I do that was so wrong!
And how did they find out?

Poem Artwork

I filled in the screen name and password

Then I had to take the test!

And so for twenty minutes

I sat and answered questions.

It didn’t matter if he didn’t have hair

Yes I would like for him to have eyes

And an income from somewhere would nice

Intelligence so that we could converse.

Yes, a taller man so that I can wear my 4” stiletto heels

He must speak English, Spanish, or French

I know no other languages

He must like to cuddle and be at ease.

No major body parts can be pierced!

A tattoo won’t turn me off but it doesn’t turn me on

He must be there for me when my life goes all wrong

And I will be there for him when the same is true for him

He must be the one in charge for I am a dreamer

I need someone to hold the rope when I am floating

Keeping me near the ground so I don’t float away

Are these things too much to ask?

Twenty minutes, I spent taking the sixty question test

And another ten awaiting the results, wouldn’t take my money

We are so sorry, but one in four we cannot help.

I just got REJECTED by E-Harmony

Everybody get rejected by E-Harmony. You need to try Match.com they are faster cheaper and the hits are often, not much better, but often :). I like your work. Your humor is were I like it and I can read between the lines. The fact I've been there done that helps me understand. But do not hand me the rope, my spirit name is Dream Weaver.

Try to figure this out, Ann, I have none of those endearing qualities that you listed, all good qualities too. And I was accepted by them guys...go figure.

I think there's something to that "six degrees of separation" thing so hang in there.

Finally, all those 'lucky' couples that found themselves through eharmony ain't one bit believable.

Cheers

Well, Ann...if I were owner of EHarmony...I would reject your application too...I would keep it for myself. Loved this.

Well Ann, with your charm and outlook on life forget E Harmony and go to a good old fashioned dance, for I am sure once some man had you in his arms you will find what you are hoping for.

This funny, but I hope not true. No one like rejections.
All I can say is E-Harmony must have had a computer glitch - cause you sound like a normal, all round HUMAN.

I've long since given up on online dating sites; they should charge the idiots that canvas the ads not you for signing up; for these sights you were being picky! "They" are the only ones to profit.

Rejection of any kind truly hurts, but I think the part where you indicated he had to have an income might have done you in! They probably spent all their money, joining E-Harmony.
